Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 July, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, products, services, dashboards, tools, and digital properties operated by Worldhire Global Ltd, including Korum, Select, and Sphere.

By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or services.

1. About Worldhire Global Ltd

Worldhire Global Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company Name: Worldhire Global Ltd
  • Company Number: 17306978

Registered Office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom

Jurisdiction: England and Wales

Korum, Select, and Sphere are operated by Worldhire Global Ltd.

For general enquiries, contact: connect@worldhire.com

2. Our Platforms and Services

Worldhire operates recruitment, talent, technology, and business services platforms.

Korum is a confidential career and hiring platform for experienced professionals, recruiters, employers, companies, and hiring partners. It supports Discoverable and Confidential hiring workflows.

Select supports specialist recruitment, executive search, consulting, and talent advisory services.

Sphere supports broader talent, workforce, business, and platform-led services.

Some services may be subject to separate agreements, order forms, client contracts, subscription terms, candidate terms, recruiter terms, consent-led access terms, payment terms, or service-specific policies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed commercial agreement, the signed commercial agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

3. Eligibility

You may use the platform only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Korum is intended for:

  • Professionals with 7+ years of experience
  • Recruiters
  • Employers
  • Companies
  • Hiring managers
  • Talent partners
  • Approved business partners
  • Worldhire may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where it believes that a user does not meet platform standards, has provided false or misleading information, has misused the platform, or may create legal, operational, security, reputational, or confidentiality risk.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Use your own identity and authorised business details
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Not share account access with unauthorised users
  • Keep your email and contact details updated
  • Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account
  • Worldhire may require additional verification before approving recruiter, employer, company, candidate, or partner access.

5. Candidate and Professional Profiles

Professionals may create profiles to be discovered for relevant opportunities.

Korum supports two profile visibility modes.

Discoverable Mode

Discoverable Mode is for professionals who want their profile to be discoverable by verified recruiters, employers, companies, and approved hiring partners on Korum.

In Discoverable Mode, the professional’s profile information may be visible to verified or approved recruiters and hiring users. This may include name, professional summary, experience, current and previous roles, current and previous employers, education, skills, industry, function, location, notice period, salary or compensation range where provided, expected compensation range where provided, CV/resume where uploaded or enabled, career preferences, availability status, and other profile information submitted by the professional.

Direct contact details, such as phone number and email address, are hidden by default.

A verified or approved recruiter may message the professional through Korum’s in-app connection workflow at no credit cost. A verified or approved recruiter may also access direct contact details (email address and phone number) by using Korum’s paid contact-reveal feature, which involves a one-time credit charge; once used, that access remains available to that recruiter. Contact reveal is not available where the professional has enabled do-not-contact, and is never available for Confidential Mode profiles. By selecting Discoverable Mode, the professional gives consent for verified or approved recruiters to view the professional profile and to access direct contact details through this controlled contact-reveal workflow.

reach-out / connection activity may be logged by Korum for audit, security, misuse prevention, platform accountability, and dispute review.

Discoverable Mode does not mean that the profile is publicly available on the open internet. It means the profile is visible within controlled Korum workflows to verified or approved recruiters, employers, companies, and hiring partners.

Confidential Mode

Confidential Mode is for professionals who are not publicly applying, are selectively open to opportunities, or require stronger confidentiality before deeper disclosure.

In Confidential Mode, the professional’s profile may be masked, limited, or partially visible. Identity, direct contact details, current employer, CV/resume, and other sensitive information may remain hidden unless the professional approves access or completes a consent-led connection workflow.

Recruiters may need to request access. The professional may approve, reject, pause, or require consent-led access before deeper disclosure.

Professionals are responsible for choosing the correct visibility mode and keeping profile information accurate, lawful, and up to date.

6. Recruiter, Employer, and Company Access

Recruiters, employers, companies, and hiring partners may use the platform only for legitimate hiring, talent discovery, recruitment, workforce, or approved business purposes.

Recruiters and employers must not:

  • Attempt to bypass platform controls or identify Confidential professionals without approval
  • Contact professionals outside permitted workflows
  • Contact a professional’s current employer
  • Scrape, copy, export, download, or store platform data without permission
  • Share candidate information with unauthorised parties
  • Misrepresent role details, employer identity, salary, location, hiring authority, or opportunity status
  • Use the platform for spam, harassment, discrimination, resale, or unrelated marketing
  • Circumvent consent, confidentiality, consent-led access, reach-out / connection, or access controls
  • Use candidate data for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
  • Violation may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination of access.

7. Confidentiality and Consent-Led Access

Korum is built around controlled visibility, consent-led access, and confidential hiring workflows.

In Discoverable Mode, the professional consents to profile visibility within Korum’s approved recruiter and hiring network. Direct contact details remain hidden by default; verified or approved recruiters may message the professional through Korum’s in-app connection workflow at no credit cost, and may access direct contact details only through Korum’s paid contact-reveal feature, where permitted.

In Confidential Mode, the professional’s identity and sensitive details may remain masked or limited unless the professional approves access or completes a consent-led connection workflow.

Korum may log profile views, reach-out / connection actions, access requests, approvals, rejections, and consent-led access events for audit, security, misuse prevention, dispute review, and platform accountability.

Consent-led access may be required where:

  • A professional is in Confidential Mode
  • A role is confidential
  • The professional requests stronger protection
  • The recruiter, employer, or company requires confidentiality
  • The platform determines that additional confidentiality is appropriate
  • Consent-led access does not guarantee interview selection, employment, offer, exclusivity, or hiring outcome.

8. Consent-Led Access Breach and Confidentiality Disputes

Korum may support consent-led access workflows for confidential hiring, candidate connection, role discussion, and sensitive opportunity conversations.

Unless Worldhire Global Ltd is expressly named as a party to a specific consent-led access agreement, Worldhire acts only as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for enforcing the consent-led access agreement between users.

If a professional, recruiter, employer, company, partner, or other user breaches a consent-led access agreement, confidentiality obligation, consent condition, or platform access rule, that user is responsible for its own breach and any resulting claims, losses, liabilities, or consequences.

Worldhire may take platform action where misuse or breach is reported or suspected. This may include warning a user, restricting access, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving audit logs, or cooperating with lawful requests.

However, Worldhire is not liable for a user’s breach of a consent-led access agreement, confidentiality, hiring obligation, or professional conduct, except where liability arises directly from Worldhire’s own unlawful act, negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be excluded by law.

  • Worldhire’s decision to take or not take action does not make Worldhire responsible for the underlying dispute between users.
