Recruiter Terms

Last updated: 2 July, 2026

These Recruiter Terms apply to recruiters, employers, companies, hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, search firms, staffing firms, consultants, partners, and other approved hiring users who access or use Korum, a platform operated by Worldhire Global Ltd.

These Recruiter Terms should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Candidate Consent Policy, Recruiter Code of Conduct, Confidentiality & Consent Policy, Cookie Policy, Payments & Billing Policy, and any separate agreement, order form, subscription plan, or commercial terms agreed with Worldhire Global Ltd.

For the purpose of these Recruiter Terms, “Worldhire”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Worldhire Global Ltd. “Korum” means the confidential career and hiring platform operated by Worldhire. “Recruiter”, “employer”, “company”, “hiring user”, “you”, or “your” means any person or organisation using Korum to discover, contact, assess, shortlist, engage, or hire professionals.

1. About Worldhire Global Ltd

Korum is operated by:

  • Worldhire Global Ltd
  • Registered in England and Wales
  • Company Number: 17306978
  • Registered Office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
  • Email: connect@worldhire.com

2. Purpose of These Recruiter Terms

These Recruiter Terms explain:

  • Who may access Korum as a recruiter or hiring user
  • How recruiter access is approved
  • What recruiters may and may not do
  • How Discoverable Mode works
  • How Confidential Mode works
  • How the in-app connection workflow may be used
  • How candidate data must be handled
  • What happens if recruiter access is misused
  • How disputes, consent-led access breaches, confidentiality issues, and hiring outcomes are handled
  • Korum is designed to protect experienced professionals while helping trusted recruiters and companies access relevant talent.

3. Recruiter Access Is Controlled

Recruiter, employer, company, and hiring partner access to Korum is not automatic.

Worldhire may review and approve access based on:

  • Recruiter identity
  • Work email address
  • Company details
  • Hiring purpose
  • Role relevance
  • Previous platform behaviour
  • Payment or subscription status
  • Risk, security, or compliance checks
  • Any other factor Worldhire considers relevant
  • Worldhire may approve, reject, limit, suspend, or terminate recruiter access at its discretion.
  • Approval to access Korum does not create any right to continued access.

4. Authorised Use

You may use Korum only for legitimate hiring, recruitment, executive search, talent discovery, workforce planning, or approved business purposes.

You may use Korum to:

  • Search for relevant professionals
  • View professional profiles according to visibility settings
  • Use reach-out / connection where permitted
  • Request access to Confidential profiles
  • Shortlist professionals for relevant roles
  • Communicate with professionals through approved workflows
  • Share genuine role or opportunity information
  • Manage hiring workflows
  • Engage with candidates in a lawful and professional manner
  • You must not use Korum for unrelated marketing, database building, scraping, resale, spam, surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Discoverable Mode Profiles

Discoverable Mode is for professionals who want their profile to be discoverable by verified recruiters, employers, companies, and approved hiring partners on Korum.

In Discoverable Mode, the professional’s profile information may be visible to approved hiring users inside Korum.

This may include:

  • Name
  • Professional summary
  • Work experience
  • Current and previous roles
  • Current and previous employers
  • Education
  • Skills
  • Industry
  • Function
  • Location
  • Notice period
  • Salary or compensation range where provided
  • Expected compensation range where provided
  • CV/resume where uploaded or enabled
  • Career preferences
  • Availability status
  • Other professional profile details submitted by the professional
  • Direct contact details, such as phone number and email address, are hidden by default.
  • You may message a Discoverable professional through Korum’s in-app connection workflow at no credit cost; messaging does not by itself disclose contact details.
  • You may access direct contact details (email address and phone number) only through Korum’s paid contact-reveal feature where permitted. Contact reveal involves a one-time credit charge; once used, that access remains available to you. Contact reveal is not available where the professional has enabled do-not-contact, and is never available for Confidential Mode profiles.
  • Discoverable Mode does not mean that candidate data is public, unrestricted, downloadable, reusable, or available for resale. Discoverable Mode only means that the professional profile is visible within controlled Korum workflows to approved hiring users.

6. reach-out / connection Function

The in-app connection workflow allows approved hiring users to access certain information that is hidden by default.

In Discoverable Mode, messaging through reach-out / connection is free of credits, and access to direct contact details such as phone number or email address is available only through Korum’s paid contact-reveal feature (a one-time credit charge; not available where the professional has enabled do-not-contact, and never available for Confidential Mode profiles).

By using reach-out / connection, you agree that:

  • You have a genuine hiring purpose
  • You will use the information obtained only for the relevant hiring opportunity
  • You will not misuse, resell, export, or share the information with unauthorised parties
  • You will not contact the professional for unrelated marketing
  • You will not contact the professional’s current employer
  • You will respect platform rules, confidentiality requirements, and applicable laws
  • Your reach-out / connection activity may be logged and reviewed
  • Worldhire may monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate reach-out / connection access if misuse is suspected.

7. Confidential Profiles

Confidential Mode is for professionals who are not publicly applying, are selectively open to opportunities, or require stronger confidentiality before deeper disclosure.

In Confidential Mode, a professional’s profile may be masked, limited, or partially visible.

Information such as identity, current employer, direct contact details, CV/resume, salary information, and other sensitive details may remain hidden unless the professional approves access or completes a consent-led connection workflow.

You must not attempt to identify, contact, approach, trace, or bypass the privacy controls of a Confidential professional.

You may be required to submit an access request, provide role details, complete consent-led access terms, or follow additional steps before deeper information is shared.

8. Access Requests

  • Confidentiality requirement
  • Consent-led access requirement, if applicable
  • You must not submit misleading, incomplete, fake, speculative, or deceptive access requests.
  • The professional may approve, reject, pause, or request more information before deciding.
  • Worldhire does not guarantee that any access request will be approved.

9. Consent-Led Access

Korum may support consent-led access workflows where additional confidentiality is required.

Consent-led access may be required where:

  • The professional is in Confidential Mode
  • The role is confidential
  • The professional requests stronger protection
  • The employer or recruiter requires confidentiality
  • Worldhire determines that additional confidentiality may be appropriate
  • Unless Worldhire Global Ltd is expressly named as a party to a specific consent-led access agreement, Worldhire acts only as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for enforcing the consent-led access agreement between users.
  • If you breach a consent-led access agreement, confidentiality obligation, consent condition, or platform access rule, you are responsible for your own breach and any resulting claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or consequences.
  • Worldhire may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access where consent-led access or confidentiality misuse is reported or suspected.
