Worldhire grew up across three markets at once - the UK, the US and India. Operating across borders taught us lessons that are now built into Korum.

Trust does not transfer automatically

A reputation earned in one market means little in another until you prove it again. That is why verification is central to Korum: recruiters are checked, and professionals control their own exposure, so trust is established by design rather than assumed.

Confidentiality matters more, not less, across borders

Senior professionals in tight-knit markets are especially exposed - word travels. Masking identity and hiding a current employer are not niceties there; they are the difference between exploring a move and risking your current role.

Operating discipline

Running delivery across time zones forces structure. Clear stages, honest status, no leakage between parties. Those same disciplines shape how Korum handles data: consent gates, audit trails, and strict separation between what each party can see.

Building across borders made us better operators. Korum is where those lessons become product.
