  • Offering timely feedback during the process
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment regulations

4. Candidate Obligations
Job seekers agree to:

  • Submit accurate information and documentation
  • Respect confidentiality during interviews
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards

5. Fees & Payment
Service fees are clearly outlined per plan. Payment terms:

  • Contingency and subscriptions billed as per agreement
  • All fees non-refundable after contract initiation
  • Late payments may incur interest or service hold

6. Confidentiality
We handle all shared information—job postings, candidate data, proprietary documents—with strict confidentiality and only share as needed for recruitment.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and materials are the property of World Hire. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We work diligently but make no guarantees on specific hires or outcomes. World Hire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws. Personal data is used solely for recruitment and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement per the agreed terms. Outstanding fees up to the termination date remain payable.

11. Amendments

These terms are governed by the laws of the primary contract jurisdiction (e.g., USA, India, Canada). Disputes will be resolved in the respective local courts.
